The ct88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ct88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any specific game or feature thereon.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by ct88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the ct88 Privacy Policy in full.
ct88 collects personal data strictly for the purposes of account administration, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting. ct88 does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without the Player's explicit consent.
ct88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
